Toachieveour goals for nationalizingourworkforce,we implement
anumber of initiatives includingattending career fairs inboth theKuwait
andQatar.We regularlyengagewith schoolsanduniversities topresent
our company toyoungnational talent. In2015,weparticipated in several
career fairs, suchas theQatarUniversityCareer Fair, theQatar Independent
Technical School (QITS)Career Fair, andQatarCollegeof LawCareer Fair.
These fairsprovide studentswith theopportunity tomeetwithour
representatives tobecome informedabout our recruitment programs,
summer internships and sponsorshipopportunities.
Our employeesplayakey role inhelpingus toachieveour nationalization
goals.WehaveanEmployeeReferral Program inplace that encourages
employees to recommendqualifiednational candidates for recruitment.
Thosewhoprovide successful referrals are rewarded. In2015,we started
workingonanewNational Ambassador Program,where successful national
employeespasson their knowledgeandexpertiseandmentor national
newcomers toensure their smooth transitionand integration into the
company. Thisprogram isplanned to launch in2016.
