Weprovidedifferent learningopportunities to
nurture the skills needed tobuild employees’
careers and implement our business strategy.
Wealsooffermanyopportunities for employees
to further their education, throughdistance
learning, part-time study leave, or fulltime
scholarships tocompleteuniversitydegrees.
In 2015, the total traininghours for employees
decreasedby 13%.Weare seeking toprovide
more internal coaching, on-the-job trainingand
blended learning tooptimizecosts in thecurrent
market environment. By theendof the reporting
year, 100%ofDolphinEnergy’s eligibleemployees
hadalso received regular performance reviews
for thefifthyear ina row.

FutureLeadersProgram (FLP)
Weare currently in theprocessof establishing the
FutureLeadersProgram, todevelop today’smid-
career employees into tomorrow’s leaders.The
Programwill bedesigned toexpand leadership
skills andprovideparticipantswith theexperience
needed toovercome challenges as theyprogress
through theorganization. Thedesignphaseof
thisprogram is expected tobefinalizedby2016
and theprogramwill be launched in2017.
DevelopingOur Internal TrainingCapacity
We seek tooffer our employees awide range
of soft skills training courses through company
run in-house training.Weplan to train internal
facilitatorswilling to learnand share their
knowledgewithothers. Thiswill helpoptimize
internal resources and sharpenemployees’
presentationandpublic speaking skills,while
benefittingothers. Special techniques suchas
LunchandLearn, half-dayworkshops andblended
learningwill beusedasplatforms for training.
Theprogram is expected to launch inmid-2016.
