Career Progression
In2015,we completed the implementation
of anew careermodelling system - a tool
that supports theprofessional development
of our employees. Thenew careermodel
includes newlydesigned job ladders,
eligibility criteria, andpromotion schemes.
Inaccordancewith thenew careermodelling
system,wehaveestablishedanew fair ladder
promotionpolicy that provides clear governance
oneligibility criteriaand theprocess for how job
ladder promotions areawarded.
In2016,weplan todevelopa robustCompetency
AssuranceManagement System (CAMS) for
UpstreamOperations. Once implemented, the
newCAMSwill help toensure the competencyof
our people for their respective roles. Itwill include
software, a libraryof competencies, and training
for linemanagement.
Tobettermapour employees’ job roleswithin the
context ofDolphinEnergy’sneworganizational
structure,wealso reviewedall jobdescriptions
in2015. Thishas allowedus to improveour
successionplanning, createmore focused job
roles, build clarityandaccountability for our
employees, and standardize job levels enabling
better salaryandbenefit benchmarking.
