Internal GrievanceMechanism
Protectingworkplace rights is fundamental to
our culture.Wehavea formal internal grievance
procedure inplace to resolve complaints relating to
working conditions, discipline, or perceivedunfair
treatment bymanagement or a fellowemployee.
Our procedureensures thesecomplaints are taken
seriously, properly investigated, and fully resolved.
Under theDolphinEnergy Internal Grievance
Procedure,weencourageanemployee to submit
agrievance tohisor her direct supervisor. If, for any
reason, this report line is considered inappropriate
or likely tobe ineffective, or if a complainant fears
retaliation, then theemployeemay contact the
linemanager or Headof HR. Thegrievance
is then reviewed and the facts are verified.
The supervisor, linemanager or Headof HR
discusses thegrievancewith the employee
and attempts to resolve it. If the employee is
not satisfiedwith the resolution, thegrievance
is referredup themanagement chainuntil it
is resolved to the employee’s satisfaction.
If still unresolved, thegrievance is escalated
to theGeneral Manager inQatar and theCEO
in theKuwait. Their decision is final.
