Lossesof primary containment (LoPC) include
bothplannedandunplanned releases from tanks,
pipesor equipment used for containment. In2015,
wehavenot hada lossof primary containment
that causedharm toanyemployeeor costly

Tier 2 incident that didnot causeany injuries.
