TheDolphinEnergyTeam
In2013, DolphinEnergy’s teamconsisted
of 1,221 employees, with 931 full-time
employees inQatar, and289 full-time
andonepart-time employee in theKuwait.
Twelve seniormanagers and 10middle
managers oversee our 1,199 staff.
Amongour employees, we count 26
service contractors and16 secondees
fromour international partners.With 282
employees between the ages of 18 and
30, almost aquarter of our workforce
ismade upof youngpeople.
EnsuringHealthandSafety
DolphinEnergy is committed to keeping
every one of its employees safe at work.
Because our activities present awide
variety of risks, we continually review
and evolve our health and safety
systems, processes andperformance to
meet the highest international standards.
For every type of incident, Dolphin
Energy requires the completionof an
incident investigation report to identify
the root causes of, and contributing
factors to, the incident.
DolphinEnergy analyzes the root causes
inorder to identify leading causes, and
subsequently develops suitable controls
andmitigations to avoid similar incidents
occurring, and assesses lessons learned
toprovide thenecessaryawareness to the
staff.DolphinEnergyalsoconducts regular
internal audits toensurecompliancewith
itsHSEmanagement system.We thus
strive toprevent incidents fromoccurring.
