governance structure ensures that the
company’sSustainabilityManagement
Plan andPolicy is implementedwith
proper oversight and accountability. All
management levelswithin the company
have knowledge of and responsibility for
the company’s sustainability initiatives
andperformance. The following table
summarizes the levels of governance for
DolphinEnergy’s sustainability program.

coverage, thequality of its data, and its
presentationof key performance trends.

seeks toengage its stakeholders, identify
keyareas for performance improvement,
anddemonstrate itscontributionand
alignmentwith thenational strategiesand
plansofQatar and theKuwait. It alsohopes
