TheDolphinEnergy sustainability strategy
is itsbusiness strategy; theyareoneand
the same. Thebusiness plan, which
is reviewed and updated annually, has
sustainability integrated as part of the
corporate strategy, long-termobjectives,
goals andKeyPerformance Indicators
(KPIs) that guide thebusiness forward.
Sustainability goals, initiatives andKPIs
are continuallymonitored and added
to thebusiness plan every year by
members of the internal Sustainability
WorkingGroup (SWG) that has
representatives from all departments
of thebusiness.
Furthermore, DolphinEnergy has
launched ‘DolphinEnergy 2020’,
aproject to improve its corporate
performance andpractices. Dolphin
Energy 2020 is drivenby the need
to ensure a sustainable future for
the company, ready tomeet future
challenges headonby utilizingbest-in-
class practices anddriving long-lasting
superior performance, andmaking
