Thematerial issues selected reflect our
organization’s significant economic,
environmental, andsocial impacts, or they
influence substantively the assessments
anddecisionsof stakeholders.
The issueswith thehighest level of
materiality areof greatest importance to
bothbusiness success and stakeholder
expectations. These topics areamajor
focusof our sustainabilitymanagement
policy andplan, andareclearly reported
both internallyandexternally inour annual
sustainability reports. The issuesassigned
amedium level ofmateriality represent
a range of topics that thebusinessmust
managewell and report on consistently.
The issues given the lowest level of
materiality are not currently ofmajor
strategic importance to thebusiness or
stakeholders and thuswill not be a focus
for immediateactionor extensive reporting.
