NewOrganizational Structure
DolphinEnergy's seniormanagement teamhas
a centralized structure incorporating the company’s
activities acrossboth theKuwaitandQatar. AGeneral
Manager -Qatar oversees theDeputyGeneralManager
and four businessunits focusedonupstreamoperations,
whileall other businessunits, both corporateand
downstreamoperations, report directly to theCEO.
Wehave recently revitalized theDolphinEnergy
organizational structure to incorporateHSE&Sbusiness
units inboth theKuwaitandQatar. TheSeniorVice
President ofHSE&S inQatar reports to theGeneral
Manager -Qatar, and theSeniorVicePresident of
CorporateHSE&S inAbuDhabi offices reports to the
CEO. This restructuringhighlights the importanceof
HSE&Sand clearlydefines responsibilities and
handovers toensureaccountability isunderstood
and incontestable.
