social origin have been reported.
LaborUnions
DolphinEnergy has noexisting policy
regarding labor unions, as there is no
concrete legislationallowing for the
formation of labor unions. However, article
154 of theKuwaitFed law refers to collective
work disputes andarticle 116of Qatari
labor law refers toworkers organizations.
