operations have their ownHSE forums to
discuss issues related to operational and
site activities, after whichanymajor issues
of concern canbe raised promptly at the
weeklyGMmeeting. Such committees
provide a complete representationof the
workforce andmaintain an open channel
of communication between employees and
themanagement at DolphinEnergy.
