Energy recognizes that theworkforce is

through continuous and consistent
capacity building programs. For this
reason, DolphinEnergy has created
several training plans and programs
which cater to the specific needs of the
workforce, andaim to improve the skills of
the company’s leaders aswell as all the
employees at various levels.As outlined
above, DolphinEnergy has created and
implementedawide variety of training
and development programs for its national
staff. DolphinEnergy has an in-houseHR
training team that concentrates on both
long-term and short-term career planning
and development for both specialist and
management roles.
DolphinEnergy also employs an
annual performanceappraisal system
which includes all of the employees at
different levels.All employees have a
comprehensivewritten jobdescription
outlining roles and responsibilities and
duties, against which performance is
assessed. 93%of the total workforce
underwent a performance appraisal and
career review in2009.
