we collaboratewithgovernment and
other stakeholders tomaximize local
employment opportunities and tobuild
the skills and employability of nationals.
In2013, DolphinEnergy’s nationalization
rate rose to51.75% in theKuwait, a
groundbreaking achievement and
milestone for the company. Dolphin
Energy also received theQPCrystal
Award, the top award in the category of
‘Support for Training andDevelopment’,
at theQatar Petroleum 2012Annual
QatarizationReviewMeeting.
The award reflectsDolphin
Energy’s leadership amongQatar’s
energy and industry sector in
offeringQatarismeaningful training
anddevelopment opportunities.
Bothof these achievementswere
madepossible as a result of Dolphin
Energy’s comprehensive nationalization
strategy, which targets nationals at
many different stages of their education
and career development path, from
primary school students to recent
university graduates toDolphinEnergy’s
experienced national employees.

DolphinEnergyworkswith nationals at
many different stages of their education
and career development path.We are
involved in a number of initiatives to help
students todevelop the competencies
required for theworkplace. These include
high school summer programs and
summer internshipprograms. Dolphin
Energy has also signed apartnership
agreement with theEmirates Foundation
to createprograms to empower, inspire
andmotivate the country’s youth.
DolphinEnergy is donatingAED 500,000
everyyearover threeyearsand isproviding
marketing, business development,
and administration support to the
Foundation’s programs, which create
opportunities for youngpeople to
volunteer and serve their communities.
