responsibility to respect human rights
applies to all of our activities and toour
business relationshipswithothers.
DolphinEnergy follows all local laws
and regulations relating to human rights
in the areaswhere it operates, and
itsmultinational shareholder structure
informs the company of dialogue on
international human rights expectations.
DolphinEnergy neither condones nor
permits compulsory or child labor, and
no instances of either practice have
been reported. DolphinEnergy does
not engage in thepractice of retaining
employees’ passports duringperiods
of their employment.
DolphinEnergy’s agreementswith its
contractors also address human rights
issues.Whenworkingwith service
contractors, clauses outliningworking
termsandconditions (suchashealthand
safety requirementsandwageguidelines)
are included in thecontractual conditions.

eventsanddonating tocharitablecauses.

We are committed to enhancing the

objectives. Consequently, in 2013we
created adraft community investment
guidancedocument, and in 2014will
approve, issue and train endusers on
how tomakeuseof theguidance inorder
to focus on achieving a greater social
returnonour community investments. In
the futureDolphinEnergywill expand this
effort todevelop adetailed strategy and
process, ensuring thegreatest sustainable
impact of our community investments.
