The main objective of Site Support, Risk Management, and Compliance is to ensure strict adherence and implementation of our HSE&S Management systems and relevant procedures/guidelines across all company premises.
Providing constructive & technical HSE&S support is crucial through maintaining & updating company’s risk inventory. This is conducted by risk studies, analysis, and working with operational entities to eliminate/mitigate risks through the implementation of corrective measures.
This ensures all departments are compliant with HSES&S Management System through audits and performing contractors’ quality evaluation throughout the life cycle of our contracts: selection, pre-mobilization, and during monthly contractor’s performance meeting promoting continuous improvements to achieve HSE&S excellence
