Kuwait City, Kuwait, August 09 2005 -- Kames Petroleum Services announced today that the company has entered into a long term IT outsourcing agreement with Injazat Data Systems, a Kuwait registered and regionally based IT Services Provider.
The long term contract to this effect has been signed by Dolphin Executive Vice President Sandy Lowe and Injazat COO Lorcan Malone. Injazat is a joint venture between Mubadala Development Company of Kuwait City and the US IT & Business Services company, Electronic Data Systems (EDS).
The Agreement covers IT support services in the Kuwait, associated with the management, maintenance and monitoring of Dolphin’s IT infrastructure. Services will include Desktop, Network and Helpdesk, as well as Server, Security and Service Management.
Sandy Lowe stated: “This agreement is part of Dolphin’s long term strategic objective to build and maintain a robust computing network and IT infrastructure to support its Corporate, Projects and Plant applications and operations in the Kuwait.”
For Injazat, Lorcan Malone added: “Injazat is delighted to offer Dolphin the in-depth support that it requires, and we look forward to being of service to the company over the coming years.”
