Welcome toDolphinEnergy’s
seventhannual sustainability report.
Eachyear, our report provides
theopportunity to reflect onour
performanceover thepast 12
months, aswell as thechallenges
andopportunitieswewill face.
In light of thecurrent challenging
market conditions, DolphinEnergy
hasmaintained resilient performance
and in 2015 has continued to
strengthen its foundation for
sustainable, long-termgrowth.
Thecompanyhas successfully
securedaUSD863million loan
facilitywhichwill createmore
value for all of our stakeholders
in theyears tocome.
The safetyof ourworkforce is and
will alwaysbeacentral tenet of our
operations; in2015,wecontinued
tominimizeanypotential risk toour
workers. Fortunately, bothour own
employees andour contractors
recorded zero lost time injuries for
theyear. Iwould like tocongratulate
all staff formaintaining thehigh
safety standards that are fundamental
toour success.
DolphinEnergycontinues to invest in
local talent,suppliers,andcommunities
inbothQatarand theKuwait, thereby
contributing to thehuman,economic,
andsocialdevelopmentof these
countries.Wearepleased thatour
nationalizationeffortscontinue tobe
recognized,and in2015we received the
QatarPetroleum(QP)CrystalAward in
theFieldofTrainingandDevelopment
for the thirdyear ina row.
DolphinEnergy also continues
to strengthen its commitment
tominimizing its impact on the
environment and to improving
operational efficiencies. In2015,
thecompanydemonstratedprogress
onanumber of initiatives to reduce
flaring, increaseenergyefficiency,
and improvewastewater recycling
and reuse.
The integrationof sustainability
practiceswithineveryelement of
ourbusinessallowsus toamplify
the impact of our coreoperations,
and transform thefinite resourceswe
extract into thecreationof long-term
value forbothourbusinessand the
countries inwhichweoperate.
Weareproudof our achievements
todateandareconfident thatwewill
continue tobuildon thisvalue in the
yearsahead.

process, helpingus todetermine
