As part of theQHSEManagement System, environmental
performance standards are established covering all the
significant environmental impacts of the company’s
operations, including emissionsmanagement, energy
reduction, biodiversity protection, wastemanagement,
product and service enhancement, by-product optimization,
watermanagement and resource consumption.
DolphinEnergy’s human resourcemanagement function
is supportedby adesignatedHRdivisionwith a team in
eachof Qatar and theKuwait. Furthermore, a shared-services
functionwas implementedbetweenKuwait andQatar that
includes compensation andbenefits, policies andprocedures
and talentmanagement toprovide increased focus and
standardization. The study concluded therewas a 90%
alignment between theKuwait andQatar.

environmentally friendly operations, targeted community

capacity buildingof government agencies, andhelpingbuild
new long-term industries that create local economic growth,
employment opportunities, professional development and
social development opportunities for the citizens of the region.
DolphinEnergy’s products arepremiumquality hydrocarbon
gas and liquids and as hazardousmaterials, strict QHSE
controls are exercised at all stages of production, processing
anddispatch for export for liquids anddistributionof gas.
There is no recordof any incidence of non-compliancewith
product health and safety regulations.Where unplanned
releases or spills have occurred the responsible authority has
beennotified immediately.
